Ice Cream Jelly
Ingredients"
(A)
6 tsp agar agar powder
120g castor sugar
500ml water
(B)
300ml fresh milk
(C)
200 gm ice-cream (ice cream of your choice)
Methods:
1. Bring A to boil, add in fresh milk (B), stir well and add in ice-cream (C).
2. Pour the ice-cream agar agar solution into the mould and leave to set and chill.
Notes: You can use the above portion and divide into 2 and add in the ice-cream of your choice to make 2 layers.
