Steam Prune Cake
This cake was done before Chinese New Year to be given to friends and relatives. Therefore cannot see the inside of the cake. It requires 4 hours of steaming.

Trio Egg White Cake (Bake Version)
Did another Egg White Cake again. This time I Bake the cake instead of Steam. The texture is moist and soft. However, the crust is chewy.
