Ingredients:
130g green peas - milled
130g icing sugar (I reduced to 100g)
150g plain flour
100ml groundnut oil
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to a dough.
2. Pinch the dough and roll to form a ball.
3. Arrange cookies on lined baking tray.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 15-20 mins till well baked. Cool before storage.
